This reimagined Bernal Heights residence presented an incredible design canvas defined by architectural contrast, bridging its historic roots with soaring, modern interior volumes. Our design objective was to emphasize the remarkable light and scale of the main living pavilion. By anchoring the expansive space with a bespoke arrangement of contemporary oak-toned accents and crisp linen textures, we naturally drew the eyes toward the massive windows and sweeping city skyline views.

The multi-level footprint allowed us to showcase premium versatility across separate zones. On the top level, the primary retreat was staged with editorial simplicity to highlight its peaceful, spa-inspired atmosphere, while the lower level bar and lounge area were dressed to broadcast a sophisticated entertaining lifestyle. The final look provided a balanced, ultra-premium atmosphere that allowed high-end buyers to immediately visualize themselves navigating an upscale San Francisco lifestyle.
